Is there an issue with the item you've ordered from us? Or simply not happy with it? No problem at all! In the first instance, drop us an email at and we'll try to help.

If you would like to go ahead and return the item, please send us an email at with the subject as 'Return Request' and mention your name, the item you would like to return, alongside the order number. Following this, one of our team will get in touch within 24 hours, providing you with a returns form and the returns postal address. Fill out this form, and send it back to us along with the item you wish to return. Please include both the item and the completed returns form in the same packaging.

All returns should be made within 14 business days of purchase and must be:

  • Unworn

  • In the same condition you received it in

  • In the same packaging you received it in

  • With the labels intact

Please do not forget to keep proof of postage or a tracking number, as we will require this information should there be any issues with your return.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days, however please note this could take up to 28 days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email and will be notified along the way.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued back to you through your original method of payment.

Please note: this may take up to 14 days.
